The transparent charcoal finish is flawless. Makes the mahogany appear grape-colored on the back and blue/purple on the medium-grade quilt maple top. Cream binding and pick-up rings, chrome covers on the pick-ups, clear/gold LP type knobs. It is a strikingly attractive guitar.
